1. How can I unsubscribe from Happyjoyfactory?

There are 3 ways to stop the service:

1: Via text/sms: You are able to opt-out at any time by sending 'STOP HAPPY' to 67870. You will be unsubscribed immediately.

2: Via e-mail: You are able to send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to lu@happyjoyfactory.com

3: Via telephone help line: customers can call the live help line number: +35227860622 (toll free).

2. What do I pay for the service?

When you are subscribed to Happyjoyfactory you will be charged 3 x 3 EUR - per week.

3. I did not know this was a subscription service?

All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, user enters their mobile phone number on the landing page of Happyjoyfactory and accepts the Mobile's Service's terms & conditions. Thereafter they will received a free optin message and in order to subscribe they confirms by sending the HAPPY to short code 67870. Once subscribed they will received the free welcome message including all the information about the service.

4. I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?

We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing to the service. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.

5. My under aged child has subscribed to the service?

We understand this is an unpleasant situation. To unsubscribe your child from our service directly, send a text message stating 'STOP HAPPY' to 67870. For other methods of unsubscribing, see question 1.
